TECHNICAL SESSIONS SEE FULL CAPACITY ATTENDANCE

Most technical sessions had only standing space. Five invited guest speakers and close to 90 local and overseas presenters shared their expertise and views with the delegates in the programmed 3 plenary sessions, 5 International Road Federation (IRF) executive sessions and 20 parallel sessions.

The overseas presenters included those from the United States of America, New Zealand, the Philippines, China, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Germany and Australia.

The plenary sessions addressed topics under the following streams:
